By handling fabrication in house, we remove the unpredictability of a manufacturer's ever-changing lead times. An entire process in and of itself, our fabrication center is responsible for taking raw materials from our vendors and turning them into complete units ready for shipment and installation.

The fabrication process starts well before the first pair of safety goggles are donned, when the shop drawings are generated in engineering. The AutoCAD program speaks directly to our state-of-the-art ELUMATIC CNC fabrication machine to generate a cut list that optimizes cuts for stock length and supplies. This increases accuracy, saves on labor, and maximizes use of materials, which means less waste for us and lower cost for you.

Once the cuts are made, the parts are fabricated, and the frames are assembled. Open frame orders are prepared for shipment, while unitized orders are sealed and the glass is set. The final product is then crated into predetermined bunks for shipment to the project site, where our installation team takes over.
